Design and Implementation
Layout/Structural Changes
The open concept layout features a spacious living area connected to a gourmet kitchen and dining zone. A wraparound porch and covered patio form the transition to outdoor amenities, including a heated pool and jacuzzi. Large overhangs help manage summer sun while allowing winter light to reach deep inside.
Materials and Finishes
Crisp white board-and-batten siding, black-framed windows, and a standing seam metal roof embrace a high-contrast aesthetic. Inside, shiplap walls and exposed wood beams provide rustic charm, while sleek quartz countertops and custom wood cabinetry introduce a modern edge.
